Axel Enthoven, a pioneering designer from Antwerp, has definitely made his mark on design in Belgium. During his career he designed more than 1900 products and won several leading design prices. The general public mostly knows him for designing the public trams and metros in Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam or his Thalys train renovation. With his design agency, Enthoven Associates Design Consultants, he is globally active in product development.
