XLBoom Holiday Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

Valid from 1 to 14 December 2025

These Terms & Conditions apply to the XLBoom Holiday Giveaway in which participants can win a €75 XLBoom Gift Card. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules.

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by XLBoom BV, Leuvensesteenweg 573 bus 6, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium (“XLBoom”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 or older.
  • Open to residents of the European Union.
  • Employees of XLBoom and their immediate family members are excluded.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway runs from 1 December 2025 at 00:01 CET until 14 December 2025 at 23:59 CET.
  • Orders and entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Place an order on xlboom.com during the giveaway period.
  2. For every €75 spent (excluding shipping and discounts), they receive one entry.
  3. Leave a comment on the official giveaway post on XLBoom’s Instagram account, telling XLBoom which product they would choose if they win.

All three steps must be completed to submit a valid entry.

5. Valid Entries

  • Only completed and paid online orders qualify.
  • Orders that are cancelled or returned (in full or in part) will not count as valid entries.
  • XLBoom reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity (e.g., placing multiple micro-orders, repeated cancellations, manipulative behavior, or improper use of discount codes).

6. Prize

  • One winner will receive a €75 XLBoom Gift Card.
  • The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

7. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be announced on 16 December 2025 via Instagram Stories and contacted directly via private message.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, XLBoom reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. Use of Personal Data

  • Personal data (name, contact details, order information) will only be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner.
  • Data will be processed according to XLBoom’s Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

XLBoom is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues
  • Failed entries due to internet or platform problems
  • Incomplete, incorrect, or late entries
  • Changes to Instagram policies or platform outages

10. Rights Reserved by XLBoom

XLBoom reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time
  • Disqualify any participant who violates the rules
  • Make the final decision in all matters relating to the giveaway

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Belgium.
