We ship with GLS for all standard orders. For larger orders we ship with Dachser.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Antwerp, Belgium.
All normal orders are shipped with GLS.
You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your package is on the way.
Larger orders we ship on a palette and they are shipped with GLS for BENELUX, all other countries in Europe will be shipped with Dachser.
You will be able to track your order. You will receive an e-mail from GLS with a track & trace once they have picked up the order from our warehouse.
You can make an appointment by phone or e-mail, to pick up your parcel at Simon De Heuvellaan 1, 2110 in Wijnegem near Antwerp, Belgium.

You will be able to track your order. You will receive an e-mail from GLS with a track & trace once they have picked up the order from our warehouse. You can click through to their website to choose your delivery moment or when you prefer to get your order delivered somewhere else.
We try our very best to deliver the most qualitative products, but nonetheless it’s possible you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. In that case you can return your product(s).
All you have to do is notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the item. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.
Please note that the product you wish to return must satisfy to the following conditions:
– It must be in new condition and undamaged.
– It must be unused and complete.
– It must be in untorn packaging and in original condition
– The packaging, however, may be opened.
The return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by XLBoom.
Within 7 days we have received the undamaged products you will be refund.
If you received a damaged or incomplete order, please send us some pictures of the damaged goods and packaging if relevant.
We will replace any damaged products free of charge.
Please send a mail within 2 days after you received the parcel and send us pictures of the damaged goods to: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can cancel or change your order if the order has not yet been sent from our warehouse. Normally orders are sent 1-2 business days after you place the order.
Please contact us and we will help you.
If your order has been shipped from our warehouse you can not cancel your order. The order will be shipped and you will have to handle it as a normal return.
